Roof Management Solutions LLC was founded by Michael Schultz, RRO. Mike has held a Registered Roof Observer certification from the International Institute of Business Enclosure Consultants (formerly RCI) since 2012.

With over 20 years of construction experience, including 15 years in the commercial roofing sector, Michael takes pride in assisting building owners across all business sectors make informed decisions about their roofing systems.  Unlike many other RROs, Michael has steel-toe boots on the ground experience across the country, and including Puerto Rico, giving him first-hand exposure to what specific roofing systems are optimal for, or can be adapted to, a given climate.  Whether the best path forward is to repair and maintain or to totally remove and replace, Michael’s combined field experience and professional educational development has helped countless owners and property managers make the best and most cost-effective financial decisions that balance budgetary goals with both short- and long-term needs and looks forward to helping new clients.
